Office Hours
For the convenience of all our patients, our office is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. In addition, our staff can always be reached by telephone in case of an emergency.
Appointments
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so at the earliest possible time so that another patient may use that time instead. After your cancellation, we will attempt to re-schedule you at the earliest mutually convenient time.

Telephone Consultations
We will discuss individual patient cases over the telephone whenever possible and appropriate. This includes questions about prescriptions and refills or questions about a particular treatment or symptoms.
However, to insure that you receive the best care, we ask that you limit telephone consultations to those situations when an office visit is not possible.
Depending on the nature and complexity of the consultation, there may be a charge for telephone consultations.
If your call might result in a prescription being called in, please have your pharmacy phone number available. Since prescriptions for many pain medications must be mailed, please call early enough so that you can receive your prescription without interruption.
Emergencies
Physicians or staff are always available for emergencies by calling our office at (614) 442-3130. Our answering service receives incoming calls through this number after regular office hours. We will return your call as soon as possible.
Informed Consent
We pledge to always keep you informed of your condition and discuss all recommended treatments with you prior to their application.
If there is anything you don’t understand, or need explained again for you or your family, please ask questions.
Patient Financial Information
Medical care and treatment can be expensive and insurance delays frustrating. To reduce these burdens, we have developed several important policies.
A complete schedule of our fees is available from our office.
We will submit your insurance claim for you, if you will provide accurate, complete information.
For those patients with no insurance or who choose to file their claims on their own, we ask that charges resulting from office visits and medical attention be paid in full at the time of service.
All patients will be provided with an itemized bill of services rendered and charges accrued, either at the time of payment or in a monthly statement that can be used for additional insurance you might have.
While we will assist you in any way possible in dealing with insurance companies, it is your ultimate responsibility for any charges accrued.
If you have billing questions not answered here, the best way to get your questions answered is to call our billing office at (614) 442-3130 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa & Discover cards.
